Does the European Council have the right to close its doors?

The European Ombudsman found that the Council did not give any appropriate reason for carrying out its legislation activity behind closed doors.

Will the State take responsibility for the vaccinations?

Hungarian Civil Liberties Union (HCLU) and Védegylet welcome the announcement of the Ministry of Health. The Government will work out the frames of its responsibility in providing remedy for complications caused by obligatory vaccinations.

Letter to the Government from 22 civil organizations

HCLU and another twenty-one civil organizations are protesting against the draft Lobby Act, which will be in front of the Parliament for enactment in the next days. The draft Lobby Act that was proposed by the Government contains discriminatory regulations towards civil organizations.

Letter from HCLU and Védegylet to the faction leaders of the parliamentary parties

The Hungarian Civil Liberties Union (HCLU) and the Védegylet have turned to the faction leaders of the parliamentary parties demanding that the lawmakers take steps in order to restore the State’s obligatory responsibility in providing remedy for damages occured by complications caused by obligatory vaccinations and clinical testing of products made for experimental purposes.
